Copying my database for another user

I have copied my database onto CD, then copied it onto the hard drive of my
assistant (who also has Microsoft Access). The copy on her computer is
write-protected. I need her to have a copy that is not write-protected.

Have tried this several times, don't know what I did wrong.

On your colleague's PC, in Windows Explorer or My Computer, right-click the
MDB file, choose Properties, un-check the Read Only check box.
