Copying my business contact manager for my colleagues

I work in a two person office. I manage our outlook-business contact manager
database. How can 1) create a back-up of it, and 2)transfer a copy of what I
have to my colleague's computer for her viewing? Thnx in advance. Is this
even possible?
 
You can replace your colleague's with yours by backing up your database
to a file and restoring it on their machine.

Or you can export your contacts and accounts to a BCM file and then
they can import that file.
