copying mail

You reference Outlook Express but you're posting in a Vista newsgroup. OE
doesn't come with Vista. So I'm not really sure where to suggest you post.
Here are a few choices:

For Outlook Express:

http://www.insideoe.com (for everything you ever wanted to know about OE,
including how to back it up)

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress (newgroup for OE)

If you are using Windows Mail, which is the mail client that comes built
into Vista, here is its newsgroup - microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail.
