Don't know exactly what you might mean by saying the *rest* of the sheet,
but ... to copy down, it's automatic.
Select the cell with the original formula.
The lower right corner of this cell is a small black square.
Place the cursor over this square until the cursor changes from a fat white
cross, to a skinny black cross.
Then click and drag your mouse down as far as you wish this formula to be
copied.
You will find that each copied formula is automatically incremented as you
stated.

Is it possible to take a function like =I3*24*J3 then copy it thru the rest
of the worksheet, but increment the variables. Next one would be =I4*24*J4,
etc?
