copying from one hard drive to another

Hi, Ronnie.

You need to be much more specific about what you want to do.

The simple answer is: copy C:\*.* d:\*.* - or use the GUI to drag'n'drop
all the files.

But I suspect you've just got a new HD to replace your old one and you want
to install the new HD as your primary slave, then boot up as though nothing
happened except your HD is much bigger. If that's the case, then follow the
directions that came with your new HD (many of them come with a program like
Ghost and step-by-step instructions). Or post back here with lots of
details: make and model of your computer; how many HDs, which interface
(IDE, SCSI, SATA, RAID or ...?) and how are they partitioned; which OS
(Win2K Pro, I assume, since you are asking in this Win2K NG, but please
confirm). How big are the drives and how much data is involved?

We probably don't need ALL this info, but we sure need more than you've
given us so far.
