I seem to have the same problem several others are having
but still don't get it.
I have MS XP Pro on a Gateway Centrino portable with
Music Match Plus software.
Music Match Plus tells me how to set it up for recording
from an analog source but Music Match's instructions for
setting up the operating system doesn't have any
relationship to XP Pro. When I Left or Right click on the
speaker in the Task Bar all I get is a volume control
there is no Options, Settings, Recorder, Source, Line In
(or Mic In), or Record.
I can record just 60 seconds with the Accessories,
Entertainment software built into XP Pro which seems to
be the same as Right clicking on the task bar speaker.
Where do I find the settings Music Match Plus is telling
me to set in my operating system?
Helpers on this newsgroup have told other to use Goldwave
software, does that work with Music Match Plus? Does
Goldwave override the tiny 60 second recording allowed by
XP Pro?
Thank you,
