Is there a way to copy distributions lists in OL 2000, 2003? I want to
forward certain things I receive from 3 of my Contacts (call them Sender 1,
2 and 3) to a group of Contacts. The group of Contacts includes the 3
senders, but I don't want to forward to any of the 3 senders the thing he
already sent me. Thus, if I get something from Sender 1 I don't want him in
my distribution list when I forward it to the group, but I do want Senders 2
and 3 in the group. Similarly, if what I forward came from Sender 2, I want
the entire group to get is except him. Ditto number 3. I find that if I
try to just delete one pf those senders from the distribution of any
particular e-mail, I am knocking him off my distribution list permanently,
until I manually put him back in. Right now I have 3 versions of the
distribution list, something like List w/o Sender 1, List w/o Sender 2, etc.
Except for the business of Senders 1, 2 and 3 I want the lists to be
identical, but this is not so easy since there seems to be no obvious way to
copy such a list. I am going a little nuts trying to make sure I am not
leaving somebody off the lists. Any suggestions?
