Copying Database Structure

Is there a way when you have copied a database structure (but not the data)
to rename the tables and have those reflect in all the queries, forms and
reports?

Why? Why would you need a new table with a new name with the identical
structure of another table?

This is a common approach when using a spreadsheet, but it rarely works well
when using a relational database (e.g., Access).

If you'll provide a more specific description of your situation and why you
think you need "duplicate" tables, folks here may be able to offer more
specific suggestions.
