How do I copy ONLY the Contact Folder from one computer to another in Outlook
2000 without impacting any other folders (eg: Inbox, Calendar, etc...).

I need really simple detailed instructions. Thanks.

Create a new Outlook Data File (File > New > Outlook Data file). Give it a
name and location you will remember.
Copy your current Contacts Folder into this file.
Close Outlook.
Copy this file to your new location and open it in Outlook (File > Open >
Outlook Data File...)
Copy the Contacts from this file to the Contacts Folder in the Outlook data
file in that installation.

Hi Russ,

I hope this isn't a stupid question. When I go to: (File > New >) I don't
have "Outlook Data file" option. Help?

Perhaps you are no longer running a supported version.
If not, try File > New > Personal Folders file
