Copying complete calendar to cd

I need to copy a former employee's calendar to disk and I was hoping there was someway I could do this all at once instead of taking it one day at a time. I tried the select all but for some reason this isn't working. Any suggestions?
 
You can either copy the whole folder by drag & drop it to a personal folder
(pst-file) or change the view to a listview like By Category so you can
select just like mail items.
