Copying Calendars

Is it possible to copy someone's calendar for a new user? My boss does not
want to use public folder calendar but he wants everyone to have the same
appointments. This works great except for new employees. How do I get a
new employee to show appointments in their calendar that were made before
they were hired?

You would have to export someones calendar and import the file into the new
users calendar.
 
And I guess there is nothing I can do about them getting personal dates and
appointments. What type of file should I use to export the calendar in?

Export it to a *.pst.
