Copying calendar items

I need to copy the calendar items from a Personal Folder
to the Mailbox Calendar so I can share it with my
assistant (and synchronize it to my PocketPC).

How do I copy all 460 items without creating a new
calendar subfolder?

Select all the appointments to copy (change your View to by Category and
sort by date - you'll need your Advanced Toolbar on) . Then use your right
mouse button to drag them to the other folder when you release the mouse, it
will offer you an option to move or copy. Click Copy.
