A big thank you to those of you who responded to my last question, but I
don't think I explained my problem properly. When I get an email with an
address/link incorporated within, how to I paste this address in order to
connect to the link? Also, why do most of my emails look like a load of
gobbledygook? I seem to be getting a load of technical bits in between the
lines.

What software [program] are you using to read your email?
What software are you using to write your email?

normally you should just have to click on the link.
some WEIRD email programs do not treat addresses as clickable.
worse case, just copy the address and paste into your internet program address bar.
