Renaisanto,
I'm assuming that you mean that you want to demote your current W2K DC. In
order to keep your domain up you should bring up an additional DC into the
domain. Once this is succesfully completed all AD information will be
automatically replicated over to the new DC. You can then demote your
current DC.
