1 - I want to copy the actual form image (not table version) from Access 2003
to WORD (or other MS app). How do I do it?
2 - How do I create a text box on a form that permits multiple lines?

Ralph,

1. A crude approach would be to use the PrintScreen keyboard key, and
then paste the screen shot into the Word document. For a more accurate
functionality, I think you would need to use a screen capture utility
such as SnagIt, see http://www.techsmith.com/products/snagit/default.asp

2. By default, pressing the Enter key when editing in a textbox will
move the focus to the next control. You can use Ctrl+Enter to enter a
carriage return so you can type a new line in the textbox.
Alternatively, the textbox has a Enter Key Behavior property, which you
can set to 'New Line in Field'.

thanks
