copying a style from one worksheet to another in the same workbook

All the explanations I've found tell me how to copy a style from one
workbook to another, and it looks like they are referring to everything
within the originating workbook. What I want to do is, inside the same
workbook, open up a new worksheet and duplicate the formatting already in a
different worksheet in the same workbook.

Can someone tell me how to do this, I'm using Excel 2002.
