Copying a powerpoint slide to word

I am trying to copy a slide from a powerpoint document
into word. I loose the size and font sizes. I also can't
seem to move the image that comes across. Is there a
smart way to do this?

Are you trying to copy the stuff from the slide into Word, or do you need an
image of the slide itself?
