copying a disk

this is harder than windows 98. how do i copy a disk of pictures to a file on my computer? I inserted disk and pushed start and run and it says it can not find the program. I am not adding a program I am trying to add a disk of my pictures to a folder. help.......
 
Try using right-click then explore option
