copying a CD in Windows XP

How do I copy an entire CD in Windows XP? I have 2 CD
drives.

What type of CD? If it is a non copy protected, non bootable CD then you can
simply open the CD, use Ctrl+A to select all the files and drag and drop
them onto your CD-R/W icon.

But if this is an audio CD or a bootable CD you need third party software.
