Copying 2003 Contacts to a 2000 Computer

How do I copy my (extensive) Outlook 2003 contacts to my workplace Outlook
2000 computer? When I ty to import into Outlook 2000, it doesn't recognize
the newer version. Is their a way to downwardly compatible save the 2003
Contacts so Outlook 2000 will recognize?
 
You must first create a PST file in Outlook 2003 that is in "Outlook
97-2002" format. Then copy your Contacts Folder into it.
