I want to exchange a bigger hard drive for my C drive. But
can I ghost my FAT32 drive with XP OS to my 2nd NTFS drive?
Also, if copying the OS on a FAT 32 drive to an NTFS drive
will work will having two XP OS's on my computer hurt
anything? I assume not because one drive will be the
master(boot) and the other will be the slave? Thanks.

Dale,

FAT32 and NTFS are file systems that pertain to partitions, not
to drives. Thus if you use Ghost, you will also copy the file
system. But you can change from FAT32 to NTFS later, so that is
your least worry. Windows itself can do that with the convert
command.

Please have a look at http://www.michna.com/kb/WxMove.htm.
