How or where does someone get a program to block or give a cookie to a person coping a picture you may have posted in a / or on a website? is there even such a thing? I know there have been a feel times where for some reason the right click bottun just didn't do anything, anyone????

There are utilities that can block a visitor from using the right mouse key
(thus preventing the Save Link As...), but then if one knows how one can
still do a capture of the screen or view your source code and determine the
location of the photo and copy it from there. If you are worried about
someone using or copying your photos without your permission, the answer is
obvious...don't put them online. You must remember that the Copyright only
applies to the United States and it's citizens, and anyone who has a
computer and internet access has access to whatever page you may put on the
internet.

You obviously have not done a lot of homework in this area. I suggest that
you look in your local phone book and find a Patent/Copyright attorney to
talk to. He will have all the information you need to copyright the body of
your work (see my answer to your previous post); or do a google search for
U.S. Copyright Office.

I forgot to remind you in my response that the proper term is Copyright, not
Copy Write.
