Copy windows xp from old hard to new hard

Please I need to copy windows xp pro from my old drive to my new hard and
make the new hard boot normally. Some help please Thanks in advance
 
not uncommon when purchasing a NEW hard drive to have included utilities from the manufacturer to do just this process.
I do know that Western Digital provides this. do no know for sure about ALL the others.

if you did not receive it, then check the manufacturers web site for the program.

You again! I was hoping we'd seen the last of you -peddling your website
full of stolen help with no accreditiation. The parts you have written
yourself are, on the whole, misleading and, in some cases dangerously wrong.
Don't ask people to email you - if you have information to impart then you
do so here - otherwise no one can correct you if you're about to screw up
