Copy URL+ 1.0.1

A browser extension for copying a document's address, title, and
description.

About:
The Copy URL+ extension for Firefox and Mozilla makes it possible to copy
the current document's address to the clipboard along with additional
information such as the document's title, the current selection, or
both. This behavior could be useful when you want to send an interesting
link to a friend by IM or email and out of laziness don't want to copy
the parts individually.

Changes:
The square braces around the link were removed.

Release focus: Initial freshmeat announcement
License: Mozilla Public License (MPL)

Another of this kind, very useful, is SendTo:

With Ctrl+E you send the selected text, and optionally the URL and the
timestamp, to an external application (I send it to EditPad).
It's a keeper for me, to record scraps with their links.

Do you happen to know if it works with Mozilla? All the extensions on that
page say they're for FireFox.
