copy to cd task in my picture

help! my link to copy to cd link from my picture is suddenly gone. I allways had it then one day I went in to my pictures looking for it and it was gone. What could have caused it and how can I get it back. Would another software cause it to not work ? just a thought and if so how do I find out which one. But mainly how do I get it back.

Did you install any software for burning CDs before you noticed it was gone?
Nero? Roxio? Etc...
 
possible I dont remember, would doing that null the copy cd capabilty of they my picture link, I do have other cd burning software on the computer for music. How do I go about finding out if it is the other software that is causing my problem?
thanks again for the help, I have been trying to figure this out for a month now.

The link in the My pics folder is the XP software. The other software could
have disabled the XP software during install or ?
 
any suggest how to fix this problem? I would like to keep my cd burning software for music but I would like the one back with My Pictures on XP
