Subject: Copy to a diffrent server with rights and permissions.
Hi,

we have 2 DC x win2000 Active directory in the same tree. i have a folder
called DATA on Server2 with allmost 10GB of files and every subfolder has
special access and rights assign to it. now we installing a new replacement
server for Server2 and we want to transfer all the DATA folder (whole
architecture and its rights and user permission). Please what are the step
to follow for us to transfer the data from server2 to new server?

U may also use Xcopy form the resource kit

U may also use Xcopy form the resource kit.

Xcopy has been included in every operating system since the early days
of MS-DOS. It is not a resource kit utility.
