copy structure of some of the database

I want to copy some of the forms and tables to a new database, but not any of
the data or queries. Is this possible?

Yes you can do this. From the new database, go to File Get External Data
Import...

Select the database which has the information you want to copy. Then for
each tab (Tables, Forms, etc.) select the objects you want to copy. Then
click the Options >> button. On here you will be given the option to import
the table definitions (without data).
