Copy Spread Sheet

How can I copy my spreadsheet to sheet 2 without the rows, columns, or
anything else changing?
 
I just ctrl-click and drag the worksheet tab.

Then rename the new worksheet to what I want.

You can also use:
Edit|Move or Copy sheet
(in xl2003 menus)

You need to be copying the SHEET ... not copying to an already
existing sheet. If in Excel 2007, right click the tab of the sheet
you want duplicated and choose "Move or copy ..." then make a choice
of where to position the copied sheet. In Excel 2003, follow Dave's
option being sure to "Edit / Move or copy SHEET".
