I would like to have all of them put into one file so
that I can go into that file and retreeve the message I
sent. I want to ultimately put the messages into the
files relating to the person I sent the message to.
Any thoughts ideas. It may be easiest to just have a sent
messages file that they all go to. How do I set that up?
You can create a new pst-file (File-> New-> Outlook Data File) and create a
folder in it. Then create a rule (Tools-> Wizard Rules) that when a message
is send it moves a copy to that specific folder. You can also add conditions
like if you send it to a specifc person or group it moves a copy to a
specific folder. You'll have to create a rule per person or group then.
