copy profile from one domain to another?

I'm installing a new server /domain on our network and I'm trying to figure
out how to copy local user profiles from the old domain (ie. user.domain in
documents and settins) to the new domain.

These are winxp clients.

Any Ideas?

The bad news is that there is no easy way to do this.

The good news is that you can use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard
and/or the User State Migration Tool to accomplish much of the work for you.
