Is there a way of copying a worksheet into another
worksheet and just pasting the formulas and formats and
not the data?

Thank you everyone for all your past help
Everyone has been so helpful

Yes Sally, you can copy the entire worksheet (by clicking above the 1 and to
the left of the A in the upper left hand corner), and when you go to your
new worksheet, go to Edit>Paste Special and select formulas. Then
immediately go back Edit>Paste special and select Formats.

Right-click on the sheet tab and select "Move or Copy".

Checkmark box at "Create a copy"

Select where you want the copy..."New book" is one options or just in the
original book.

Hit OK. You now have an exact copy.

CRTL + A to select all cells.

Edit>Go To>Special>Constants. Checkmark the type of constants(probably
uncheck Text to leave Titles etc.) from the boxes and Hit OK.

Edit>Clear>Contents.

Your formatting and formulas will remain.
