Copy & paste not working.

I am finding that cut & paste or copy & paste isn't working. The areas are
highlighting OK but paste produces nothing. Any ideas as to what's the
problem?

Blaster had that effect if not properly removed. I think Welchia could
cause damge like that as well.

Scan for Viruses, scan for adware/spyware, defragment, make sure you have
permissions where you are trying to paste to (create a new file there.)
