Copy/Paste Formatting

In Office XP (Excel XP) there is a new feature (a.k.a. dumb pain in the
butt option) that causes a formatting icon to pop up every time I
copy/paste in Excel. Hwo in the hell do I turn this very annoying
'feature' off?
 
Tools|options|Edit tab
Uncheck the "show paste options button"

Thank you. In hindsight that was pretty damn obvious, however I am more
than slightly dyslexic and sometimes I miss things as I am looking
through pages of options... I appreciate your help. That was a rather
annoying 'feature' for me.

That's ok. I don't think I even noticed the "paste options" stuff pop up. (I
had to be told that it was there and how to turn it off!).
