If you no longer have the Palm device, you can export your contacts from the
Palm Desktop software to a .CSV file and then import that into Outlook.

Thanks - If I do have the Palm can I have it set up for Outlook and Palm on
PC to always sync with handheld?

Yep...all you need is a conduit program like Chapura PocketMirror. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/olpda.htm for some other ideas.

I downloaded Keysuite. Now I have all my contacts in Palm and I want to have
them sync to Outlook and handheld.

Thanks for your help - I'm nervous about this. It's all my bosses contacts.

Just make sure you have a good backup of the Palm data before you do a sync
with the Keysuite program. There are Palm programs for backing up your data,
or you could just back it up to Palm Desktop in case something goes wrong
with the Outlook sync. It should be fine, though.
