copy outlook inbox folder to another computer

Hi everyone,

How to copy my outlook inbox folder to another
computer.Since i already refreshed my windows 2000 system
i can no longer find my old outlook inbox mail.

Please help.

Hi John,

Which outlook do you use (outlook express or outlook comes
with MS Office)?

In regards to Outlook(2000) - not Express - all you need
to do is copy your mailbox.pst file to another machine and
everything will be there - emails, notes, tasks, settings,
etc.

I'm in the process of moving users PST files from local
desktops to our network here and this has been the way
I've done things and it's been successful.
