Is there a way to copy my Contacts onto a flash drive and them load them into
the MS Address file on another computer? The computer I want to copy the
address to doesn't have MS Outlook.

Then your first job would be to determine in what format you need your
Contacts to be. We can't guess that for you.

the computer has Microsoft Address card feature - does this help?

Not a bit. What is that? Your program's help files should provide you with
ample instructions on what file format(s) it can import.
