This grows more and more complicated - I am considering dropping BCM all
together!

When I drag drop a contact from Contact to BCM i get a message 'Subject can
not be moved' - no explanation! What is wrong and how do I move coontacts
from one to the other.

That's not true -- I do it all the time. What seems to be the problem for
you? Do you get an error message?

You should be able to drop a Contact in a Business Contacts or
Accounts folder.

Dropping them on a BCM form doesn't work because Outlook tells BCM it
wants to add an attachment to the item in the form, and BCM responds
that it doesn't support attachments.

Absolutely wrong if you are running Outlook 2003 and BCM.

I don't want all my business contacts copied to my HTC Hermes. After
entering a new contact in BCM, I drag it to the Contacts folder, then back.
That creates a duplicate in both folders. The Contacts folder then is
replicated to the PPC.
