copy my desktop address book to my laptop

I jsu got a newlap and want to copy my address book from my desktop Outlook
to the laptop outlook without having to imput the data for each person. Is
there way to cut and paste it

Copy your .pst file and open it in Outlook, then use drag and drop to populate your contact's folder.
