copy music folders to media player

I'm not able to copy my music folder to my media player library so I can burn
a cd. I tried what the help menu said to do and it isn't working. please help!
 
I'm still trying to find out what individualive is and how can I do it to my
computer so I can download music. Every time I try it comes back with my
player needs to be individualized,what ever that is and how can I do it.
