copy in remote access

I use windows XP remote desktop connection to a windows
2003 server.

As far as I know I can copy files from the local xp to
server or vise versa.

But I cannot find out how. After connecting to the
server, in windows explorer, I cannot see any directory
like C: on computerName(My xp name)

Do I need to configure something?
