Thanks for reply. However my network uses Windows 2000 server and I believe
the copy facility in GPMC does not work on Windows 2000? I wondered if there
were other tools.

I am now thinking about just a print out and then a self creation - again
using GPMC not sure if possible. Do you think I could install on a Windows
XP client and print out from there?

The answer is in GPMC FAQ;

<quote>
The GPMC can manage both Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003 domains
with Active Directory. In either case, the computer on which the tool
itself runs must have:
•

Windows Server 2003 or
•

Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and the Microsoft .NET
Framework.
</quote>

So You can install it on the XP box and then use in Your AD forest.

Other, more manual way is described here:

But I think that GPMC can be a little more friedly way :)

Thanks for your help. Worked a treat at work today. I'm only a primary school
teacher trying to sort out my school network.
