Rose,
Put the disc in your work computer, and, assuming that's a Windows system
too, double click 'My Computer'
then right click the 'A' drive (floppy disc drive) left click 'explore' on
the menu that appears. Then highlight the file(s) by clicking on them (hold
down the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard if there's more than one) and right
click again.
This time click cut (if you want to clear the floppy disc) or copy (if you
don't).
Then right click in a folder you have prepared or on your desktop and choose
paste. If it's a program, a folder is better.
If its a file, you can paste it somewhere else if you want.
Either way, double click it as normal to view.
Be aware that some places have very strict policies regarding discs, as this
method is an ideal way to transfer viruses if they are present on either
system.
