Set the PopUp property of the form to True (just temporarily). Then open the
form and press <Alt - Prt Scn>. That will copy an image of the form to the
Windows Clipboard. Then all you have to do is open a Word document and paste.

The reason for setting the PopUp property to True is that if that is not True
then you will capture the entire Access window instead of only the form.

Thank you for your respond. Sadly ,l did not found "pop up" in my
properties.Any way what happened if l change can shrink from no to yes.
and please don't give up to give any advice . l used acess 2003

Open the form in design view, double click the upper left square where the
rulers meet to open property window for the form. Click other tab and the
first one is popup.

Open the form in design view and make sure to NOT click on anything. The
property sheet should now be showing properties of the Form and not of any
object on the Form. In the TitleBar of the property sheet you should see the
word "Form".

Now if you go to the {Other} Tab of the property sheet the Pop Up property will
be the very first one listed.

I don't see how CanGrow or CanShrink enter into this at all.

Yes, l found it. But for sure is it <Alt-Prtscn> or <Alt-Prtscr> and thank
you for both of you for your great help.

It is pressing and holding the ALT key while simultaneously pressing the Print
Screen key. The abbreviation on Print Screen likely varies from one keyboard to
the next.

Thank you very much. it works. you can see . l can smile now. Thank you again
Rick brandt and xg.
