Copy folder contents into server with no share permission

Hi members,
I need to copy my folder contents into a server, that has got no
share permission. Can anybody help me out?
 
Speak with those that run the server so that they can make
it possible. If you do not have a grant of permission then
you will not be able to do it.
 
I got my problem solved. I was asking about without share permission
how to access a folder. With write permission i did it. When write
permission is given for a folder to IUSERS, then without share
permission, we can access a folder(copy contents).
