copy files to cd?

i have xp sp2. on windows when i copy files to cd, the files go to another
folder and then tell me that files are ready to be written, i then have to
copy them to cd. is there any way that i can bypass this process and copy or
move files directly to cd.

Why don't you use a 3rd party burner , like Nero[
http://www.nero.com/eng/index.html ] ? They make the task easy and provide
more options and you don't have to copy 2 times.
