Copy Excel "Cond Form" to Powerpoint

I want to be able to copy cells that have conditional formatting in Excel
2007 into an existing table in PowerPoint 2007 while keeping the formatting
(especially cell colors). I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Echo (or anyone else) - if I do a straight paste into PPT the colors
transfer, but pasting into an existing table it does not work. Any other
ideas???

Ah, my bad.

Can you select the paste option button that appears immediately after you
paste and choose "keep source formatting" or "use source formatting"?

Alternatively, you might try Paste Special and see if anything there helps.
It's on the Home tab. Or you can use the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V.
