Eazy VCD, very low learning curve!
Be sure to have plenty of time available for the process though, double the
time of the original being archived.

Easy Instructions follow:

1. Install TMPGEnc http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_main.html

2. Install DVD2SVCD http://www.dvd2dvd.org/

3. Insert DVD into your DVDRom Drive.

4. Open DVD2SVCD, click the "output" tab and be sure "output file type" is
VCD.

5. Click the "conversion" tab, click the CD icon and load your ifo file.

6. Hit Go.

4-18hours later, depending on cpu speed, ram, hd speed and length/type of
movie, you will have bin-cue files to burn to cd using your favorite cd
burner.
