Hi,
I am very new at using access and am having difficulty with the spatial database i am trying to make
I need to create a table (data summary table)that copys records from other tables (entered by froms)as the data is entered
I have created all of the tables and forms i require and am able to enter the data and save it into the tables and navigate through the forms as i want to, though am having trouble getting data to save into the 'data summary table'
The feilds the data summary table shall include are
Entry ID (number
Location (Eastings-Northings)
Photo (Yes/No depending on whether or not file locatio
for one entered)
GIS/Maps (Yes/No depending on whether or not file locatio
for one entered
Each of these fields shall be filled with data collected from different tables
Can someone please help me on how i can get the Entry Id and Locaton fields to copy the data entered into tables and the Photo and GIS/ maps fields to record yes or no depending on if there are file locations recorded in the relevant tables
Thanks heaps (=
