Copy data AND format to home Outlook

Hello.... Looking to copy my data and new calendar formating from work to
home Outlook. What is the best way to complete the initial export and is
there a way to automatically sync the two calendars on an ongoing basis?
(Mainly looking to keep the formating in sync, data is usually ok via iPaq).
