copy contents of excel spreadsheet to Front Page

In copying data from the excel spreadsheet to Front Page, I am not able to
convert the 'text to table' to enable the lines to show. I am using Front
Page 2003. I would appreciate help. Thanks.
 
In Excel you can save the spreadsheet as HTML which you can then import into
Frontpage.

Which version of Excel?
 
Thanks - I have saved the spreadsheet as HTML, then added it to the import
list. Then opened and copied - paste to page and still not able to get the
lines.
I have Excel 2003. I have done this before and able to 'paste special',
then format paragraph and the 'convert text to table' highlights, and it
worked. However with this one, it just won't work. I believe I did this
with FrontPage 2002 tho.
